Meet Sarah! She is 5 1/2 years old, 52 pounds, American Pit Bull Retriever/Black Lab mix. There is nothing on the planet that Sarah loves more than people! All she wants to do is get all of love and canât control her kisses when sheâs around new people! Sarah was rescued in July of 2019 in Pensacola, Florida. She has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on all vaccines and heartworm/tick medications. Sarah is a pretty lazy dog! She loves to sleep the day away. She gets big spurts of energy when she sees her people though! Thatâs when she starts running in circles and giving you all the kisses. She gets along with other dogs and currently lives with her brother, Sammee. They love to play and relax together! Sarah loves to cuddle with her humans and get all of the affection. An ideal home for her would be with her brother, Sammee, with a family that has the time to give her just a little attention and love throughout the day. She is a great family dog and very patient with kids and babies. Overall, she is extremely easy to take care of!She does not love toys much and just prefers to be pet. She does chase her brother around when he instigates play, but for the most part, you can find her sleeping on the couch or on her bed at all times throughout the day! She loves her treats, especially a pup cup from Starbucks! She loves going on walks but is working on not pulling on the leash. Sarah is house-trained and does not like being crated for long periods of time. She is very trustworthy being left in the house while we are gone.
