Sammy's favorite activities include exploring new places and sniffing out all the interesting scents along the way. His adventurous spirit makes him an ideal companion for hiking adventures. After a day of exploration, Sammy is more than happy to relax at home, enjoying some quality downtime with his favorite humans for love and scratches. A secure, fenced-in yard would be perfect for Sammy, giving him a safe space to exercise and play daily. If you’re looking for a fun, happy, and adventurous companion who also loves to relax and snuggle, Sammy is the perfect match. Come meet Sammy and see how he can bring excitement, love, and happiness into your home! Sammy’s adoption fee is $100 and includes first shots, worming, and sterilization. Optional microchipping and registration is available for an additional $20.00. Please fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com and a volunteer will contact you. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our Heber Springs Humane Society website.Adoption processWe have an adoption contract and adoption fees. The fee for a dog is $100.00 and a cat is $60.00. The fee includes mandatory spay or neuter and vaccinations. If calling about an animal you may have to leave a message. Your call will be answered as soon as possible.Shelter locationOur shelter is located at 49 Shelter Lane in Heber Springs, Arkansas. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
