Help needed! One of our vets had a good Sam come in with a stray dog. He has her posted on all the found dog sites. She is a terrier mix approximately 2 years old. She clearly has not been well cared for. The good Sam took her home but he can not keep her, and none of us want her going to the shelter. She was friendly while being handled by the vet staff. They were able to give her a light grooming. She has one eye that appears to be healed over. She did well with one of the staffs large dogs that was there. If you are able to foster this sweet girl, please fill out an application today. Please note it's for Summer VIP on your application.June 22, 2024, 1:26 pmAdoption processAll of our animals come fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered (if old enough), and microchipped. Puppies and kittens will be spayed/neutered and have all shots when they are old enough. There is an Adoption application, a quick phone interview to make sure it is a good fit, a meet and greet with the dog, then a home check, and an adoption contract. We ask for a $400 donation for adult dogs, and $500 for puppies at the time of adoption so that we can save other dogs from the shelter.
