PUPPY MAGNOLIA ~~ Terrier Mix, Spayed Female, Microchipped, Cream, 18 pounds, DOB: 12/30/2023 This adorable, cuddly and sometimes shy little girl is so huggable and happy, has the sweetest disposition and wants to play all day. She is probably not fully housebroken yet and is also working on her leash training. She will need some help from you to learn what she is expected to do, but she is a smart little girl and should learn quickly. Magnolia can be very shy and timid when meeting new people, so give her some time to warm up to you and you will have a friend for life. A little patience goes a long way when acclimating pets to a new home and will pay off in the long run with this gorgeous little girl! Like any puppy, Magnolia has plenty of energy to burn and would enjoy living in a home with a fenced backyard or an area to run around and play in. Since she is a puppy, she will need some supervised outdoor play times during the day so she can burn off some of her energy. This little lady is no couch potato, so get ready to have some fun! Magnolia is the perfect size to accompany you on your errands and adventures. Her needs are minimal: yummy food and treats, comfy beds, a place to run around in and call home. She should do well in a home with other non-aggressive and playful pets and should also do very well with children. If there are other dogs in the home, they need to meet prior to adoption to ensure a smooth transition into a new environment. Magnolia is spayed and microchipped and is beginning her vaccines and vet services. She is healthy, happy and ready to find her forever home. Any additional vaccines required after adoption will be the sole financial responsibility of their new owner and are not included in her adoption fee. Her $130 adoption fee includes a one-month supply of Simparica Trio (for heartworms, intestinal parasites, fleas and ticks). Please visit at least two hours prior to closing.Adoption processOur goal is to find good homes for all of the sick and injured pets we have, and to adopt them out in the best health possible. Each pet is fully vetted and cared for by our amazing Veterinary Staff! Our adoption fee is $130, which includes a spay or neuter, age appropriate vaccines, and a microchip. We offer a two week trial period, during which time you may return the pet for a full refund if the placement does not work out. We will accept a pet back after two weeks, but no refund will be issued. If a pet is returned after a longer time period we may require a $130 relinquishment fee. We do not perform home visits or have any particular adoption requirements, such as fenced yard. We do, however, reserve the right to turn down potential adopters if we feel like it will not be in the best interest of the pet.Shelter locationOur Clinic is located at 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6:30AM to 7:00PM and Saturday-Sunday 8AM to 4PM. We have a few adoption events at the Clinic each year. All of our adoptable pets may be visited at the Clinic at any time. However, if a pet is labeled as being fostered, please call ahead so we can arrange to have the pet available for you.
