Well, we can wonder all day but the only thing that will change this little one’s past is to make her future brighter. Pixie is looking for her forever home. She will need a patient adopter who understands the time and love she will need. A fenced in yard is recommended, not required but she will be a flight risk until she adjusts. She would do well with a confident dog who can show her the ropes. She would be thrilled to have a dedicated human to love and hold her. Once she trusts, she’s a little lap dog.
