FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED:Meet Adam! He is a 3-year-old, 50 lb Lab mix who came to us as a stray from the streets of Mexico in search of his forever home. What can we say about Adam…he is a sweet, loving, fun, happy boy who would make an incredible family dog. He walks well on a leash and has the most adorable prance in his step. He takes treats gently and would love nothing more than to be in a loving home with a family to take him on walks and adventures. He can be a little jumpy from time to time but with some consistency and training, he should be able to stop that behavior quickly. He is treat motivated and wants to please his people. He will make a great addition to one lucky family. Adam is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and will be neutered prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $450.Adoption processInterested in adopting one of our rescue dogs? Here are the steps to a successful adoption: 1) Review the dog's picture and bio; 2) Fill out an Adoption Application 3) We will screen your application* and call you to tell you more about the dog, 4) A Meet and Greet will be set up. All members of your household (dogs and humans) must attend the meet and greet; 5) If you are approved for adoption, pay the adoption fee, sign the adoption contract and receive the dog's health records; 6) Love and adore your new dog! *FHDR Adoption Application Privacy Policy: Our organization - Forever Home Dog Rescue - values your privacy. Any and all application information is private and will not be shared outside of our organization with ANY other party. After a decision is made on a dog, all applicant and adopter personal information will be disposed of by shredding. We do not retain any application information past adoption in an effort to preserve the security and privacy of applicants. Vaccination, microchip and medical records of adopted and current dogs can be accessed under the dogs name and month of adoption.
