Applications www.cowdogrescue.com7-21-23 Theo is coming back into rescue due to owner being hospitalized with serious medical issues and will no longer be able to care for Theo.Theo is approximately 3 years old, who can be a bit shy at first with people. Warms up quickly though, and craves attention.Good with other dogs and paperwork shows he is good with kids. Even though he is recently neutered, he plays well with the onther recently neutered male.
