Aloe has been through a lot in young life. We rescued her from an over crowded shelter needing surgery on her back leg. We soon found out she was also expecting puppies. Still unable to walk more than a few steps, Aloe delivered a beautiful litter of pups and was the best mom, raising gorgeous puppies who have all since been adopted. Aloe is a young girl - about a 1 to 1.5 years old - and a lovely black Lab mix. She is both house and crate trained in her foster home. Aloe is a girl who loves to spend time with her people and tends to bond very closely to one person. Her special person will need to be home more often than not to reassure her and to give her the kindness and attention she craves. She absolutely loves her walks. She is playful with other dogs but doesn't like the bossy ones who try to bully her. She sleeps on her dog bed at night and is a wonderful house guest in her foster home.
