You can expect his nose to the ground, wanting to sniff everything on walks...and TONS of energy. His foster says that "everytime he runs or plays he drops himself down all dramatic! It's very cute!" Apollo knows sit, loves to play with toys, is super smart, and even sleeps with his favorite stuffed animal (and on top of his person)! He is also working on crate training! He has also been around older kids and is doing well with them. Even though he's young, Apollo does have some challenges. He came from a rough start in life and is nervous around loud noises and passing traffic. He can make dog friends, but he's very fearful of new dogs to start, and will need very slow introductions. If you want to bring Apollo home, you should be prepared to either spend extra time working on helping him feel confident, or accept that he may prefer to be a house dog and not go for hikes/to the park/etc, as he will likely always be nervous of new situations and animals. Apollo is working on his house training and is doing very well! He is learning how to "come" from the yard, and is learning to walk on leash.
