6/23/2023Asher James is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Asher James (or Ash for short!). I am a handsome 15-month-old flashy boy that is an owner surrender due to being rescued from a bad environment and the current male boxer in the home and I are not getting along. I am said to be friendly, active, smart, protective, playful, and affectionate. There are no kids that live in my home but the 3-year-old granddaughter visits often and I love her. I also tend to be curious and chase the cat when it is around. I am house trained and crate trained! At night I sleep with the humans on their bed and tend to hog the bed but I sleep all night! When I must be left alone, I have been left up to about 4 hours with no issues. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig. I fear loud noises and do not like my face being blown on by the humans. My favorite things are riding in the car, toys, playing, being active, belly rubs & scratches, laying in the human’s lap, and laying on the floor under the human’s legs.
