I am Austin and I am looking for a home with someone that will be patient with me and go slow. I start out shy, but I do warm up pretty quickly. I made friends at the shelter within my first week! I just need some time to get used to everything life has to offer. I came into the shelter in poor condition and they all have been so nice to me. Now I get so happy and wiggly when I see people because I've learned they're my friends!If you have other dogs please bring them to meet me. I've met a few dogs here and done well, but it is always nice to meet your new roommates before you move in.I think I would be best with slightly older kids. I'd like to meet kids 5-12 before going home. My friends here think I would do best with no kids under 5 both because I start out shy and because I am very exuberant when I become comfortable (I might knock over really little kids).Come meet me any day noon to 6pm at 2400 Lone Star Drive
