Let`s talk about Baron! This sweet guy came in with an injured back leg, unable to bear any weight on it. Our incredible medical team performed surgery to repair the fracture and Baron got a few pins and screws to get his leg healed and functioning. If you came by the Center during this time, you might have missed sweet Baron because he was busy recovering in the Intensive Care Unit. Since then Baron has come a long way! Baron is such a smart boy with so much energy to use. His kennel presence can be a little overwhelming at first, but only because he`s so excited to see you and get OUT. After being on restricted activity in the ICU, this boy is ready to make up for lost times!He is excellent in a home environment and can’t wait to find and go home with his forever family. One of our volunteers took him home for the day and Baron sighed a sigh of relief right as he walked through the door. He was so happy to finally just hang out in a quiet place. He was ecstatic to work on treat `brain games` while his human tidied up the living room. Baron even helped her clean up by looking through the dust piles for any missed treats. Baron needs a little extra TLC to help him learn the foundational stuff he missed out on as puppy, and he promises to make it worth your while! Plus, who can resist those adorable bunny ears?Sincerely,
