I’m Baron, a 1-year-old Pitbull Mix weighing 36 pounds. Found as a stray that no one came to redeem, I’m ready to stray right into your heart! New environments make me anxious, so I sometimes turn to leash biting as a way to cope, but my new adopters have nothing to worry about. Just offer me a fun toy to walk with and I will trot happily on my way! I’m excited about meeting new people, but it’s always best to allow me time to settle into my forever home at my own pace. By offering me gentle affection, it will help me to get familiar with my new surroundings. Once our bond is formed, I will be one loyal sidekick ready to go on adventures with you or lounge and cuddle up on the couch! Looking for a bouncy and fun companion? Baron is your boy! The Monmouth County SPCA is open for walk-ins every day, starting at noon!
