Meet Bearr, a 1-year-old female Pit Bull/Husky mix.Bearr is a very fun loving dog. She was picked up by animal control and sadly her owners chose to surrender her instead of getting her back. Bearr has a social personality. She does good on her leash and is blast to be around. Bearr was picked up with the dog Ares so she might enjoy a home with a K9 companion. This pet is available for adoption on 6/29/23 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been received. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known.
