Please meet Birdie!! She is a sweet black mouth cur mix. This girl is so sweet and just looking for her own family. She came up from Texas and we are fostering her for Fairytail Endings Rescue(www.fairytailendingsrescue.com). She is between 2-3 years old. She has the softest coat and loves to snuggle, it's almost like she is trying to hug you!. She loves to play ball and she is a great catch! She has a lot of energy and loves to go for long walks and hikes. She is a bit 'full figured', but it doesn't slow her down. In Texas she was fostered with several other dogs, mostly shepherds, without any issues. She did well with our dog for the first few months but is now showing signs of resource guarding, but not around food, oddly enough, but more with her toys and with our attention. She would do best as an only pet. She is very smart and trainable and would love her family unconditionally!
