Bleu was surrendered to a local shelter at the ripe age of 15 by his previous owner. We don't know why he was abandoned like that. Sure...he's a super senior and with the age comes different care and needs, but being older doesn't mean he's not worthy of a loving safe place to call home! Bleu has the typical senior ailments - some arthritis, slight vision impairment, and bad teeth, but we're working with his veterinarian to get him in tip top shape and ready to tackle his next adventure, his forever home. He also has all the good qualities that age gives you - he's wise, silly, adaptable and a major cuddle buddy. For being 15 years old this little boy gets around great and could easily pass for a 10-year-old. He does great on walks, loves other dogs, and is exceptionally loving towards his human friends. Whatever he's been through in life hasn't cause him to be jaded in the slightest. He's very trusting and willing to share his love with someone new.
