Cali is a very sweet girl, loves every dog and person she meets. With those ears, she'll always listen to everything you say and tell you how clever you are. She will walk on a leash and loves to play. She does get very excited for attention but in a cute way. Cali has a lot of energy which will probably require more exercise than several walks a day. A fenced yard would be ideal, but a dog park with a willing playmate (Cali ratchets up the activity) will help a lot. Doggie day care called her "bold" because she does not hesitate to engage with other dogs. Cali is in a foster home right now. She's going on all sorts of outings. She's been to watch her foster brother at a flyball tournament and was introduced to agility in a puppy group. She's got the energy for these types of games. Cali came to us from a rural shelter in southwestern Virginia where she had been given up by her previous owners for financial reasons. Gender: Spayed Female Approx. DOB: 1/8/2023 Potential Weight: 25 lbs.
