We have been fostering Carlos for 13 weeks while his Marine Veteran owner was in the hospital. We had hoped they would reunite at home but unfortunately the owner passed away. They have been together since Carlos was a puppy (over 9 years). Carlos will be 10 on May 24th. Carlos is in need of a loving home. He is an affectionate couch companion and enjoys going for car and golf cart rides as well as short strolls. Thanks to the donated services by Royal Animal Refuge, he is medically cleared, heart worm free, and current on all vaccinations.Our rescue needs to be the only dog in a household, we have been keeping them on different floors. We are not sure how Carlos will be with other animals but willing to do meet and greets. Carlos is great with humans of all ages.Our family has grown to love him but we cannot keep him.
