Although her Brady Bunch (six puppies) recently left the shelter for foster, this cute little mama is not much more than a puppy herself at just one year old. Mama Brady is a scared soul looking for a family with a lifestyle on the quiet side who is willing to give her the gift of patience and time. Although she is cautious with new people, she has responded well to and bonded with certain staff members whom she has come to trust. Mama Brady shows them her more playful side with such antics as picking up their phone and absconding with it.Mama Brady has not yet been officially tested with other dogs yet, but she did come to the shelter with another shy female dog named Pancake... and when there was another dog in the yard right next to Carol Brady the other day, she happily wagged her tail and instantly became more relaxed and confident....So, if you have a happy and social dog, that may be just what Mama Brady needs to help show her the ropes and teach her that this isn`t such a big, bad scary world. (Please inquire with staff for more info.) Carol Brady really needs a quiet place away from the shelter to thrive, and we are hoping a rescue will come for her.To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
