Cash is a healthy, 8-month-old pitbull mix puppy who is around 50 lbs. Given his age, he has a bit more growing to do. He came from a high intake shelter in Roswell, New Mexico, where he had been picked up as a stray. Cash is a very sweet boy who loves people and playing with his foster brothers, Oso and Ollie. We are obsessed with his ears and freckles! He is doing a great job with crate training and thrives having a routine. He has been well behaved for handling and riding in the car. He is smart, food motivated, eager to please, and seems to like walking on a leash. He is very playful and boisterous when it is time to play but also enjoys multiple snuggles and several daily naps. He has been sleeping through the night in his crate. Cash is still very puppy-like and will need some continued training and socialization with positive life experiences. He has all the potential in the world and will be a phenomenal addition to a family. His ideal home is probably with a family that owns a home with a fenced yard and has a slightly older similarly sized dog to play with and show him the ropes. Cash doesn’t understand how big and strong he is and might be a bit too much (until more training occurs) for senior dogs, small dogs, or very young children. However, all adopters will be considered as we believe this boy to be very malleable and adaptable. Please come and meet Cash!
