Casper and his siblings were surrendered because they were unwanted, but this sweet pup is ready to find a loving home where he'll be given the time and patience he needs to thrive. While Casper can be a little shy with newer people, he's an absolute cuddle bug once he warms up, as evidenced by his time in his cold weather foster. Casper does take a few days to feel comfortable and start eating normally when in a new environment. As a puppy, Casper is still learning the ropes and will need guidance with things like potty and crate training. He's making progress walking on a leash but may need some encouragement from time to time. Casper will need a yard as he will not potty while on a leash. Casper would thrive in a home with other dogs to help boost his confidence levels and continue his socialization journey. While in his most recent foster he did well with cats. He does well getting baths but is a little intimidated by hair dryers, and he rides well in a car. Casper is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to embark on a new journey with his forever family.
