We adopted Cecil in 2020 as a rescue from Alabama. He was love at first sight, and our best friend still until this day. Cecil is goofy, loves squeaky toys and chasing balls, high energy and will throw the toys for himself to entertain himself! Fully house trained. Very routine driven. Loves walking in quiet non-traffic areas; car reactive (trucks with loud motors) Great trail dog on a harness. Loves car rides. We have a large fenced yard he runs around freely in, would love a window to relax and watch animals (he barks at groundhogs and turkeys) Unfortunately now with a toddler in the house Cecil had an incident with his tail being stepped on and bit the toddler. He has anxious tendencies and can be reactive in a negative way when scared, especially with a young toddler. Cecil would do best in an adult home that is familiar with the breed and willing to work with Cecil on his nervous behavior. He is a bundle of joy and he deserves to have an incredible second half of life.
