I met Champ today. He is in rough shape!! His skin is a mess, his feet are inflamed. He is missing hair, and his fur is discolored. He looks like he has shrunken...his skin looks too big for his bones. I started the walk feeling sorry for this old man. His happy little smile changed my experience. Champ is not defeated, he has hope and gratitude. He seems to know things are going to be better. So LOOK at his condition, at his skin but also look at his face. He is ready for tomorrow, and the day after and the day after that!!!Be a part of Champ's story. Foster him through his recovery!!
