Chelsea is 8 years old and has been a wonderful companion. We raised her from a puppy after finding her on the side of a country road, and is very accustomed to new friends. She loves spending her days inside or out, as long as she is with her people. She is great with children and other dogs (we have not encountered cats, but I imagine with her demeanor, it wouldn’t be an issue). As our family has grown and lives become more busy, she has become increasingly anxious and does not prefer being left alone. Therefore, her ideal adoptive family/individual would be retired or work from home, and give her the attention we unfortunately cannot with our current lifestyle. Her anxiety tends to lead her to destructive behavior, but only while alone during storms or left outside for an extended period of time (becomes an escape artist). Although she has anxious tendencies, she is a super sweet pup that would make any homebody a wonderful friend!
