Chocolate is a very sweet 5 year old Lab. He was a stray I found and the only reason we are looking to rehome was because we did not originally plan on taking him in and just don't have the best schedule to care for him. He is house trained and knows a few basic commands. He hasn't had any issues staying off of the furniture, and really just wants to be in the same room as you. He loves fetch and tug of war, and can play a little on his own. When he sees other dogs he is curious, looks in their direction or sniffs along a fence where they may be, but is by no means agressive towards them. I have not seen him yet around cats or children, but he has only come across as fun and gentle so far. Since I've had him he hasn’t even barked yet, he only wines when left on his own. He did have flees when we found him, but he has given an flea bath and gotten a flea treatment. He has been to the vet who says he no longer has fleas. He weights 60 lbs.
