Note from foster:Meet Cici! She comes up to smile in my face goofily all the time, but there is a certain way she does it to tell me she needs to go potty. She immediately does her business and trots around happily, exploring. She likes when I put her harness on because she knows it`s time for an adventure! Cici is currently working on kennel training and she is doing great!!! Despite Cici`s past, she has started to warm up to her foster family quickly!
