Hi friends, my name is Cocoa. I am a sweet, wiggly girl that loves to be with my human friends. I give so many kisses and I love to sniff. I am very observant, which is partly because I am deaf so my other senses are very sharp. There are many ways to train deaf dogs and I'm a smart girl who likes to learn. Just ask one of the kennel techs who has been working with me and says I'm an A+ student because I know sign language for sit, paw, down and stay. I am about 2.5 years old and am now in a shelter due to no fault of my own. I am ready to thrive in a forever home. I am just 49lbs and look like a Pointer / Dalmatian mix or an oreo cookie with my white fur and black spots. I need a little time to warm up to other dogs, but I was previously in a home with a fur-sibling and I play with dog friends at the shelter..
