My name is Cosmo, and I have so much love to give! I am a very affectionate boy, especially with the people who show me love. I can be a bit shy when I'm meeting new people, but once I know you're safe I love to give cuddles and kisses. My humans say I forget that I am not a tiny lap dog, but I just want to be as close to you as possible! My favorite things to do are cuddle and play outside. I love to chew on hard and soft toys, and really like toys that have stuffing in them (but I have a tendency to make a big mess with them). I know a few commands, such as "sit and "stay, but I can be a little stubborn about following them. I get along great with children and love to snuggle with them. I have lived with my brother in our foster home, and we have had issues getting along because I am less bossy than he is. I have not been around other dogs, but when my brother and I weren't fighting I loved to play and snuggle with him. An ideal day for me would include running and playing outside with my humans and toys, a lazy nap (I prefer the human's bed, but they tell me that's not allowed), and cuddling up close to love on my humans. I don't like it when my humans tell me it's time for a bath or a car ride, but I'll tolerate it if I have to. I am house trained, crate trained, and ready to give my whole big goofy heart to someone willing to share their heart and home with me! Cosmo is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
