Wait--is that Scooby Doo? Nope! It's DELLA! Della was the mama dog to our recent Italian litter of puppies (who have all been adopted!), and now this mama is ready for her turn to find her perfect forever home. Della is an amazing dog-athletic, intelligent, and loyal. She is obsessed with her ball and loves playing fetch; she will play to exhaustion if you let her. She is also a good running partner. Della needs plenty of exercise to be her best self. She's incredibly intelligent and learns things very quickly. At the end of the day, she does know to calm down and hang out on the couch. Della is timid with new people and situations, but once she's comfortable she's a sweetie. She adores her people and hates missing out on any fun. Della is respectful of other dogs, but not very playful-she'd rather be playing fetch with her people. She does fine with cats and chickens and is good with kids. Della needs an experienced owner that will embrace her working-breed traits and give her the activity and exercise she needs.
