My neighbor has this pitbull on a 3 foot chain in the hot sun. The dog is an intact male 1-2 years old. I asked if he would rehome him & he said yes. I took the dog to my home and he was off the chain for about 30 minutes. He is so sweet and humble with humans, but in that 30 minute span he attempted to attack some goats (deterred by a protective donkey) & then proceeded to kill a groundhog. I realized I was not equipped to handle the dog due to his intense predatory behavior. Can you help with his rescue?
