Adopt Diesel a Brindle - with White American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed dog

Diesel has been with us for two weeks and during his stay with our family he has been a friendly and affectionate dog. He does not resource guard, rides in the car very well, was a superstar at the vet visit and loves to romp and play with other dogs. He had no issues with having his nails clipped. He responds to a few commands like sit, down, shake. We do not know how he will respond to other cats but our cat did not like him so she avoided him. For his part he was very curious but didn’t walk away from the cat when she was upset. I would recommend introducing him slowly with cats. We do not know his age but we suspect he is more than 6 years old. He seems to be a little stiff with his front legs after long naps but otherwise seems physically fit. We’ve taken him to our vet where he got a clean bill of health with the exception to an ear infection which we are treating for the next week and he is responding well to the ear drops.
