She loves exploring the world outside but is equally happy sitting at home and watching the world go by around her. She is house-trained, playful, athletic, affectionate, and very smart. Dottie walks on the leash wonderfully, rides in the car like a champ, and is an all-around ideal family dog. Dottie is good with dogs and kids. She makes friends instantly, loves hikes and walks, and to relax at home. Dottie is a wonderful working from home buddy and would love a homebody family. During a recent visit to the park, Dottie and her walker came across a dog who had gotten out of his backyard. An animal control officer called the owner and asked if Dottie would stay with the skittish dog until the owner arrived. Dog and owner were successfully and safely reunited!
