Greetings, friends! My name is Dusty, and I'm a five-year-old Great Pyrenees mix who weighs 61 pounds. I can be slow to warm up, but I'm friendly and outgoing once I get to know you. You'll soon discover that I'm happy, playful, and loyal.I'm a good boy who is house- and crate-trained. I'm not a fan of staying in the crate, although I tolerate it. My foster mom lets me stay loose in the house at night, and I sleep wherever I want because I'm a good boy. I enjoy car rides, know the sit and lay commands, and like scratches and cuddles.I love to play in the yard with other dogs, and I get along well with my canine foster sister. You'll discover that I get excited when meeting new dogs, which means I can be difficult to control on the leash.Although I'm an adult, I'm still a puppy at heart. I'd do best with children age 10 and up. My foster mom thinks I'll do well in a home with plenty of activity, and I'd love having someone home most of the time. I enjoy expressing myself, so no shared walls is best.My minimum adoption fee is $295 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
