My name is Finn and I am not a fish. I am an 18-month-old 55 pound All American male dog! The nice ladies from Paws in Prison saved me from death row at Guadalupe County Animal Control. Since I already had a name, they didn't have to give me a new one AND I already responded to Finn so that part of my training was completed early! I am also able to walk nicely on a leash, am house trained and am very friendly to other dogs and people I meet. When I finish my educational program in the dog dorm I will know my basic obedience skills, be crate trained, microchipped, neutered, fully vaccinated and on heartworm prevention. WOW that is a lot for one of you lucky humans to get in such a handsome boy. I can just imagine the adventures we can have together! Can you just imagine all the stares you will get from people who want to know what kind of dog I am and where you were able to adopt me from? That's right future forever family, I will make you look good and you will make all my dreams come true:) Finn was in foster care with a professional trainer for a brief time between his stint at Guadalupe County Animal Control and his entry into the Dog Dorm. She reported that Finn does very well inside a house and got along great with her two dogs, all people that they met, and that he loves car rides! She said he's a "very nice boy"!
