Ford is a beautiful and sweet Hound mix. He is estimated to be about 1-1/2 yrs old and weighs 58 lbs. He is has been moved around from homes to the shelter and then to WAG so he is more than ready to find his forever home. He is such a doll! He's very gentle and affectionate and loves attention. He gets along with all other dogs and puppies, but we don't know about cats. Ford loves playing with the other dogs at the rescue. He would be happiest if he had another doggie sibling in his new home and a secure yard to play in. He is eager to please and just wants to be someone's special family member. He was very nervous when he arrived but he has adjusted well, made lots of friends and is doing about as well as any dog can in a kennel environment! We know that he will absolutely be in heaven once someone adopts him into a loving home. Ford is fully vetted, vaccinated, micro-chipped, neutered and deemed completely healthy.We offer "foster to adopt" for up to 30 days in order to see if the match is a good one.If interested in meeting Ford, please call 352-528-XXXX to set up an appointment to meet him.
