Female, ~13 months old, ~37 lbs. Approximate Age: ~13 months old Approximate Weight/Size: Medium/Large Good with: Dogs Not tested with: Cats, Kids Hi, I'm Gemini! I'm a busy bee who is affectionate and curious. Although I can be a little timid at first when meeting new people, I fall in love with my people quickly and overcome that nervousness. I am all about giving my family undivided attention (and I expect the same in return) so be prepared that your personal space will also become mine! I love to make new friends and tell you all about my day with my full body tail wagging. I love to go on walks and be playful, and would love to go on adventures, such as hiking, the beach, or even joy rides in the car. I am still working on my leash skills: sometimes I'll zigzag in front of you to try and get all the good sniffs. Overall I'm very well behaved, and know basic commands such as sit. I'm very food and attention motivated, so future training should come easy for me! Although I am mostly house trained, I may have the occasional accident when adjusting to a new home/schedule. I'm generally very quiet, but I made bark sometimes when I'm nervous or scared. Although I love adventure, I also easily snuggle up with you for naps throughout the day: I'll lay on my back to ask for belly rubs, bury my head into your body, or even climb on top of you and sit in your lap! I would be a great apartment dog as long as I still get my daily walks or trips to the dog park to play with friends. I'm great with other dogs and don't have any resource guarding issues: I'm very receptive to other dogs body language! I love all kinds of toys, whether their chew toys, squeaky plushie toys, or even a good old stick from the yard! I love to chew but haven't chewed anything I'm not supposed to yet. I can't wait to find a forever home where I can share all the love I've got to give!
