Is Glenn a big old naughty puppy? Yes. Is he also smart, friendly, and full of potential? Yes!! At just a year old, Glenn is truly just a puppy and he’s so eager to please his people, the sky is the limit!! A little patience and training is all it will take for Glenn to be your perfect adventure buddy! Here’s what one volunteer had to say:“Today was my first time meeting Glenn. He has the build of an athlete, so we tried running towards the grassy field. He set a quick pace and held a steady track, and the short run was quite enjoyable. We wandered through the creosote forest at a more relaxed pace so he could engage all his senses. Pulling diminished considerably as we continued to explore the terrain around the airfield. He is very comfortable with touch and I stroked his soft fur as he examined every interesting scent. While he remained excited and engaged on the second half of our walk, the pulling was almost gone and we could explore together as a team. He would watch as we encountered other dogs on our return, but there was no other obvious reactivity. Glenn is a high-energy young dog who would do best with an experienced and active partner who can help him learn the basics (he will be a quick study). A diamond in the rough!”Glenn shares his kennel with another PACC pup and was social and playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. A meet and greet with any resident dogs is always a good idea!
