Hazel is the perfect dog for you! She loves exploring on walks and loves playing with tennis balls even more! Hazel came to us after some concerned neighbors reached out trying to find a better home for her. Hazel would love to have a fenced in yard where she can run around and play fetch! She hopes her new family doesn't mind her ball obsession, but she has been learning to return the ball when playing so we can throw it again for her - she's a smart one! Hazel is young (2-3 years old) and has a lot of energy, so she is looking for an active family that can take her on hikes, long walks, and other outdoor adventures! She has even tried her paw at agility training and absolutely loves it! Once given the chance to exercise Hazel also loves a good snuggle. Hazel is the perfect size, about 50 lbs. A family with working dog experience is preferred. Hazel would do well in a home with older children that are dog savvy. She does have a very strong prey drive, so a home without cats and other small animals is needed. Hazel has been dog selective, but we think a home where she is your one and only pet would be best.
