Hey Friends,It's Hermione checking in. I am having fun at my new foster home. Foster Mommy says I am learning a lot. I am learning to ask for attention in a good way. When I got here I would paw/dig at my humans. Mommy said people don't really like that, so we are working on it. I am starting to figure out that if I just ask to get on the couch and lay down nicely, I get ALL kinds of attention!! Which I love!! I also love to be outside...I could walk all day. I ask to go out all the time. Mommy says I would be perfect for a family that likes to take walks or even hike. I walk great on leash and I'm a very alert walker. I get along great with my fur siblings. They each like to play differently, so I have a variety of play. Mommy also says I am clearly a herding breed mix, and I love to herd my foster fur sister and brother and help them watch over the yard, so a family with other dogs and older children would be great activity for me. My foster family was excited that I am crate trained and house trained already! I have also learned how to play fetch with a rope. Mommy taught me how to bring it back to her and once I realized she would throw it again, I was hooked.Some things my foster family has found interesting: I like to find hiding spots or small spaces to sleep, and I love to sit at the back door or front window to watch the world.Just wanted to let everyone know I am doing great in foster and ready for my furever family. 🐾Hermione
