Higgins came into our shelter as a surrender on 6/25/23 due to his owner not having enough time to work with Higgins. Higgins is a very high energy dog and requires a job to keep him properly stimulated. Higgins has turned into quite the escape artist so we have had to make accommodations to keep him in his respective kennel. We believe with a proper job the escaping will subside.
