*This is a courtesy listing for a dog located in the Mira Mesa area.* Indie needs a loving home for her golden years. She has been with her family for 13 years, ever since she was a puppy, and is described as "the most lovable dog, she is so sweet and loves everyone, she loves to be petted and loves to cuddle." Indie also is great with cats and other dogs. She weighs about 40 lbs. Why is Indie being rehomed? Her guardian shares: "It became hard after my dad passed away almost 2 years ago. Indie was his dog, but since my dad was living with me until he had to go into an assisted living facility, I had become attached to Indie as did my son. Now my son is not well and unable to help care for Indie anymore. With my work travel, it has been tough. She is such a wonderful dog. My Dad loved her so much. and she was such a great companion to him." Indie got a clean bill of health during her veterinary check-up and will be having a dental cleaning so her teeth are in tip-top shape prior to going to her new home.
