Jade is almost 3 years old and is affectionate, playful, intelligent and vocal. Jade likes to be where the action is. She enjoys chasing a tennis ball in the grass or fetching from the pool. She also is good about spending time quietly sleeping on her dog bed. We have two older dogs, and there have been conflicts between our two dominant female rescues. We have intervened quickly, and no real damage has been done, but it requires constant vigilance or separation. We are older, and this is an issue for us to handle. After working trainers we are still beyond our limit to establish control. She would do best in a home with a yard where she can be the only pet and get a lot of attention and exercise. She was adopted from a local rescue group who have referred us to adopt-a-pet and others for rehoming.
