Jaeger is a two-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier Mix who came to the Kentucky Humane Society when his owner could no longer care for him. Now this 72-pound lovebug is searching for a family to spoil him rotten! And honestly with the cutest puppy dog eyes we've ever seen and an amazing personality to match, we can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want to spoil this amazing pup with all life has to offer! Jaeger's previous family did let us know that he has limited knowledge of life outside of a home, which can make him a bit hesitant at first when faced with new people and experiences. Since coming to KHS, Jaeger has been working with our behavior team and slowly he has come out of his shell and learned that the world is not such a scary place. Jaeger has met other dogs while at KHS and seems to do very well co-existing and playing in the yard with them. We think he could do well with a doggy friend in his new home but would like him to meet all members of his new family before adoption to make sure that it's a perfect fit. We are unsure how he feels about cats. Overall, Jaeger is a sweet, affectionate pup, who loves playing, treats, and being with his people.
