Meet Jax, Jax (also called Jacko since his foster family had a dog named Jack) is originally from Mexico where his family could no longer care for him so ended up with us! Jax has been with us since January with no interest. He currently weights about 73 lbs and at the perfect weight from the 42lbs he arrived to us. He is around 3 years old, blue & tan with natural ears and a tail. He has really lovely skin and fur, and still needs his sunscreen when playing outside for a long time. He is a super sweet boy and deserves the best life. He is a very smart boy who loves cuddles, is great on a leash, and knows a lot of commands! He’s a great running and hiking partner, too! Jax needs to be in a Doberman experienced home with no small children. He has come a really long way since January and has overcome a lot of quirks. Jax will need to be in a home that is willing to work with him and learn from the trainer that has been such a gift to this dog. He will also need a new home with a 6 ft fence, as he can clear a 3-4 ft fence if he decided to let himself out on a run. Jax is fully vetted and ready for his new forever home.
