Joey is a large Pomeranian, almost 5 years old and in good health. He is a wonderful dog and companion - extremely smart, funny, exuberant and loves to cuddle. He is loving to the people he knows but is definitely bonded to me. Joey has some behavior issues (can be reactive/aggressive to perceived threats) and is on medications to help. He is well-trained and wants to please. He will do ANYTHING for a treat!Due to health issues I’ve endured the past few years, he has become overly protective of me, at times making it difficult for others to provide the care I’ve needed. His behavior issues may be due to what he sees as his job to protect me. He does not display the same behaviors with other people.He would not do well in a house with young children. He does not do well with unknown dogs and cats, but has successfully bonded with both when he gets to know them. Fee includes meds, food & just had his teeth cleaned.I love Joey dearly and want him to have the best in life!
