His name is Judge but he will not be one to judge you if you mess up. At 5 years old, this handsome Bull Mastiff might be shy and reserved when meeting new people, but begins to open up more as he gets to know them better. He is our longest resident at the shelter and we would love to see him find his happily ever after very soon. He is getting kennel stressed and be `barky` in his kennel, especially with other dogs barking, understandably, but will get excited when the human carrying the leash arrives. The minute he is out, this boy is pure joy and walks well on leash (please see video below). Curious about his surroundings, he loves going on walks and exploring new things and shelter volunteers report he is a good walking buddy. He appears to be potty trained and goes right away when he goes outside. Judge has participated in playgroups at the shelter but appears to be selective with his doggie friends. A large breed confident female dog would be a good match for our big boy. If you have a pup at home that fist this description, you are encouraged to bring her into the shelter and the staff will conduct a slow meet and greet to make sure they both get along well. No history with cats.Judge participates in playgroups with high energy females that appreciate his rough and rowdy play style. Got a girl dog that likes big hunky boys? All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
