June is a lovely redhead with a sweet personality and the biggest smile you’ve ever seen!! She arrived at the shelter as a stray and has been friendly with everyone she’s met so far. Here’s what some of her volunteer pals have said:“I took June out yesterday and she was very sweet. She was a little unsure at first, but she enjoyed attention. She seems unfamiliar with walking on leash, but her butt was wagging all the time. She took treats softly and enjoyed being petted. She`s a sweet girl and I hope she`ll be out of the stressful shelter environment soon!”“I had a nice walk with June today and she did well on leash. She`s still a bit stop and go, but is improving!”If you can help June continue to be comfortable with normal doggy things like walking on a leash and can give her tons of attention and affection, June may be the girl for you!! June is a people-oriented girl who has been less sure when meeting other dogs at the shelter, so she’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. She’d also be happy to be your one and only and hog all of the attention for herself! Ask to meet June today!!
