Katie, female Mt. Cur/Aussie mix, came to the rescue May of '22 when her owner passed away. Katie's d.o.b 6/4/19. She was heartworm positive which she was treated for after her spay. Katie will require a tall fence/privacy fence since she is able to climb (once she has lost some of the weight she has gained being confined during her HW treatment). Such a sweet girl, mom to Kadence, Kess & Kai, does well with other dogs, unknown on cats, size wise she is medium. We require that you have a fenced in yard, not a "kennel" in the yard AND we do not approve underground fencing. Depending upon the dog some exceptions are made for those who live in apartments. We also require that the adoptee will be a part of the family "living" within the home.
