Looking for a "Big Angel then Laika is the dog for you! Laika is a gentle giant and super laid back. She is fully potty trained, walks great on a lease, loves taking car rides, is great with kids, and sleeps all night in her crate. She loves to cuddle and lay next to Foster Mom's feet while Mom is working. She also loves her foster human brothers and will hang out and lay near their feet. Laika loves taking her time walking outside so she can sniff and engage her senses, which is her natural trait to track and rescue. She is very excited to meet new people and shows much love to everyone she meets. She is extremely smart and very trainable. She already knows how to "High Five and now starts to learn her favorite words: treats, outside, walk, and ride. She is NOT a jumper, NOT a counter surfer, and she is NOT food aggressive. She is still working on her doggy manners with other dogs. Therefore, she needs to be the only dog in the home. She is truly everything you are looking for and more! Her furever home is going to be one lucky family! Laika is a Female Saint Bernard that we estimate to be born around 7/20/2022 and currently weighs 75 lbs, but could stand to gain a few more lbs.
