Meet Latte! This girl is so stunning! What a sweet face. Rescued with Mocha (also posted) out of a high-kill shelter in Roswell NM, she loves people and dogs. She is young and intelligent and will enjoy learning, exploring, and learning! Latte is a friendly girl though a little unsure in the world at times. She did not have the best start in life so some things are still a bit new to her. With some gentle guidance, which she is already getting in her foster home, she will do just great.A fenced yard is ideal, so she has room to stretch her limbs. She is a darling girl. We are not sure she has ever met a cat.From her foster family (who have had her for 1 week):She is super sweet, sometimes a bit timid. She coming into her confidence over the last few days. She is a bit more clingy and comfortable with me than my husband (usually it’s the opposite since he works from home and is the primary dog caretaker). She’s very affectionate, cuddly and wants to be close to people, but doesn’t love loud noises (hates squeaky toys).She loves our dogs- she does something cute where she tries to mimic us petting them by putting her paw on their head or back. Does excellent in the crate, very good about meals, super gentle taking treats. Fast Learning basic commands. Needs work on the leash. Learning what is a chew toy and what is not. All in all she is a great house guest. She will be vaccinated, chipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $495. We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
